With a Masters and accredited as an executive coach by Ashridge Business School and Gallup-certified strengths coach, Annemarie takes a client-centred approach, adapting her style to her client’s needs. She has excellent listening skills and a talent for sensing meaning beyond the spoken words. She uses her engaged, yet calm, analytical, and empathic style combined with her business acumen to assist her clients to identify and focus upon the issues that are most important to them. She focuses on her clients’ strengths using these as a catalyst for change and personal development and has a passion for understanding the inter-personal dynamics that enable individuals and teams to achieve peak performance on a consistent and sustained basis.
Annemarie specialises in coaching c-suite / senior executives, particularly first time CEOs, executive committee members and/or board directors.
Coaching and mentoring of senior & c-suite individuals (and those identified as successors for such roles) is conducted via Merryck.
Below this level, Annemarie has a particular focus on clients who are at inflection points in their careers/lives and those who are curious to explore becoming the best version of themselves.
Having coached for over 15 years, Annemarie expanded her practice outside financial services following completion of her Masters degree in 2011.
